      What is equity crowdfunding?

      Equity crowdfunding is a type of investing where people can help a business they believe in to raise capital, in return for owning a share in the company.

      Why Hexagro is crowdfunding?

      We are raising additional funding to accelerate our international growth. After the success of our recent product crowdfunding campaign for the launch of Clovy product line. We decided to expand the opportunity of being part of our growing community to investors of any size. Together we will go faster to allow anyone, anywhere to grow and access healthy food.

      Why should I pre-register? Will I get exclusive access?

      The crowdfunding round will be a limited opportunity for our community to own part of Hexagro. Pre-register to be among the first to invest – you’ll be able to invest before the campaign opens to all investors on Seedrs. Pre-registering doesn’t mean you have to invest. It only gives you an exclusive opportunity to be one of the first to invest before investments open to all investors on Seedrs.

      Who can invest?

      We are fundraising with Seedrs, so you’ll need to create an account on their website in order to invest. To invest with Seedrs, investors must be over 18 years old and legally entitled to invest. Residents of the USA, Canada, Japan, or any other country where it would be unlawful for Seedrs pitches to be advertised, can not invest on Seedrs. Other limitations may also apply.       What’s the valuation and share price?

      This round is using a SAFE note (convertible instrument) and has no fixed valuation. We set a Market Cap (the maximum valuation you will pay) at €8M with a 20% discount.

      Will there be rewards?

      We’ll be offering a range of exclusive Hexagro products and other rewards to investors. More details will follow closer to launch.

      What happens after I invest and what rights will I have as an investor?

      If you invest in Hexagro on Seedrs you will become a Hexagro shareholder. Your shares will be held for you by Seedrs Nominees Limited. You can read more about how investing works and your rights as an investor on Seedrs.

      How do I make a return on my investment?

      This is a long-term capital investment that will help us grow Hexagro. A return on investment is made via a liquidity event, for example, an IPO or Hexagro being acquired by another company. Learn more on what happens after you invest on Seedrs.
