Scientific name: Allium fistulosum

Leeks have large, flat leaves, that are greyish-green in color. The tase can remind you of onions, but it’s lighter and fresher.

You can plant it in full sun or partial shade, in the highest levels of your Poty.

It’s very easy to grow, and need little care: you only need to pay attention to the moisture level in the substrate.
