Pineberry

Scientific name: Fragaria x ananassa

The pineberry is an unexpected variety of strawberry: it’s white with red seeds.
It tastes like pineapple! It comes from Chile and was brought to France by an agronomist in 1700.
Place it in the shade, as direct sunlight could burn the leaves.
