Scientific name: Artemisia dracunculus
Tarragon plant looks like a little bush with tiny, elongated leaves.
In the kitchen it’s perfect to add some flavor to meat, fish and cheese: it can be used fresh or dried.
If you’re using it fresh it will have a more intense and spicy flavor.
Tarragon also has digestive properties.
Place it in full sun, where it’s not disturbed by the wind.
